Hail Cesar

I'm pretty sure that Cesar Millan went to Suny Albany. I had a class with him (Computing Ethics) and later I think he was the network administrator for The Bostwick Group. He was cool in the class. He was a real jerk as the network administrator, until he realized that he knew me, then he was cool. And then he moved to California. I don't think that his real last name is Millan.
