Well, this truly sucks.
I don't know who's at fault here (the hammerstein or ticketmaster)
and I'm not sure it would do any good if I did. End of the day,
we have no control over either of those 2 entities, and they're
both big fat fucks. I hope you get some satisfaction from one
of them, but to be honest, I think it's a long shot.
Best I can do is offer you tickets to the next Chemical Bros show
compliments of us. Also, give me your address and I'll send you
a couple of other goodies.
Once again, I am sorry that your experience at the Chems show
was so disappointing. It shoulda been the funnest day.
Anyway, good luck with your letters and keep in touch and
make sure you contact us when you hear the boys are back in
town.
