Good old Ticketmaster.  Paul Allen (co-founder of Microsoft) is a majority
shareholder, you know, which should explain a lot.

I think your fight is admirable, but I'm getting increasingly pessimistic as I
get older about taking on the system.  I do think one person can make a
difference, but the energies and dedication needed are too much for most
people.  

But at the same time, I'm increasingly optimistic about one person throwing a
monkey wrench into the system.  May not shut down the machine, but if it's
done in a humorous way, the way we strive to do on ZUG, the legend and
inspiration of the monkey wrench will be told and retold.  

What I think will eventually happen is that TicketMaster will choke on its own
greed.  Just as Microsoft is slowly being hauled in by the Justice Department,
and the cable and phone companies were eventually broken up, the same thing
will happen with TicketMaster.

But in the meantime, we can always have a little fun at their expense, like we
did with the TicketMaster Prank.  And sometimes that makes the biggest
difference of all.
