My husband and I waited for five hours in line for Garth Brooks tickets here in San Antonio. (That's a whole other story.) We ended up buying tickets on our cell phone through Ticketmaster while still in line. My husband thought we were getting 12th row floor seats. We received them in the mail yesterday -- 10th row in a section up and off to the side behind the floor seats. According to the Customer Service Rep, they only have the information that's available on their computers and they "NEVER MAKE MISTAKES". I can see now that we probably will get nowhere from writing or complaining to them, but we plan to anyway. We will probably attend the concert in our less than favorable seats just because we still want to see Garth. Just thought I'd share my frustration with you. Joycelyn Koehler
