Secular shmecular.![]() Hello. I'm agnostic. It's ok. I won't bite you. I respect your beliefs and hope that they serve a positive role in your life. When people talk about how the country is being undermined by those of us who are trying to remove mentions of god, I kinda get miffed. I could rely on the standard; what if the money said "In Buddha We Trust" would you feel excluded? But I'm going to put it like this. Yes, we live in a country founded on religious values. But I consider the religious heritage not that different from the racist heritage. Just like modern citizens are used to white privilege and take it for granted, the also enjoy religious privilege. Enough is enough. » 277 reads |
