Glutamine - Day OneOK got up yesterday.. Had breakfast, did treadmill for 45 minutes then took my first pill. I had been feeling pretty sluggish for a few days already, so I purposely held off to start my trial. Took another pill a little bit before dinner and then another one before bed. So far I still felt pretty crappy. Today I didn't want to get out of bed too fast either, but I did wake up at 8:30. (I usually wake up between 10 and noon with my 2nd shift schedule) I was still fairly gaseous and anal-retentive.. Let's see how today goes..
