Those other pearls of wisdom..

I remember the moment I realized organized religion was sketchy. I was 8 or 9.
My mother had just confessed that Santa Claus wasn't real, and the dominos started to fall in my mind:
"So, is the Easter Bunny real?"
"No."
"How about the Tooth Fairy?"
"No."
"What about Jesus? Is he real?"
"Oh yeah. He's real."
Then I proceeded to give my mom this look that said 'F*ck me once, your fault. F*ck me twice.."

It was then that I realized that religion is just like Santa Claus, except where noone ever lets the adults in on the gag.
Here are some gems from some of those adults:
Regular, individual season
Regular, individual season two episodes finally began airing in the fall of 1989, joining the then-new series Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers in an hour-long block. This syndicated package set the stage for The Disney Afternoon one year later. Most season two episodes prominently featured either Bubba or Fenton/GizmoDuck, airing in a random order in regards to which of these new characters was present.
31 episodes were produced for season two. However, three of them were held back for broadcast during season three in order to have new material to launch The Disney Afternoon in the fall of 1990 rome hotels. Four additional episodes were produced explicitly for this third and final season, totalling 100 for the series. DuckTales concluded with the two-part finale "The Golden Goose" on November 27 and 28, 1990.
The series enjoyed a long following of reruns on the Disney Afternoon, then returned to individual syndication boston hotel in the fall of 1992 when successive new shows bumped it from the Disney Afternoon lineup, and later found a home on The Disney Channel, and finally, Toon Disney.
Although the series is no longer shown in certain markets, all sixty-five episodes from season one plus the first ten episodes from season two are currently available on DVD in Region 1 (hotel deals). The first twenty individual episodes of season one, numbered 6 to 25 in the list below, are also available on DVD in Region 2 (Europe).
